A committed delivery window
Every package states its delivery time in days. That's the window the expert is committing to when you order — you can see it before you pay, on every tier.
If a delivery misses its window
Message the expert directly from your order — the chat button is on every gig and expert page once you're signed in. Most delays get resolved there. If you don't hear back or the issue isn't resolved, contact Likes.io support and we'll step in.
How refunds are decided
