30-Day Retention Guarantee

All eligible orders include a 30-day retention guarantee (some premium packages include 60 or 90 days). If you experience a drop in the delivered quantity within this period, we will refill the difference at no additional cost. No questions asked.

To request a refill, contact our support team with your order number. Refills are processed within 24–48 hours.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to start delivery within 24 hours of payment (for standard packages)
• Your order fails completely and cannot be completed after retry attempts
• You ordered for a private or incorrect account and we have not yet started delivery
• A technical issue on our end prevented fulfillment

Partial Refund Eligibility

If we can only partially fulfill an order (deliver less than 80% of the ordered quantity), you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Order has been fully and successfully delivered
• Account was set to private during or after delivery
• Drop in metrics due to platform algorithm changes after successful delivery
• Incorrect profile URL provided by the customer (after delivery has started)
• Change of mind after delivery has started
• Account suspended or banned by the platform (unrelated to our service)

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@likes.io or via live chat. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 hours and resolve all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
