Yes. Views can only be added to public posts, so keep your account and the posts you pick public until the order completes. If the account was private or a link was wrong and delivery has not started, you can get a full refund. If the account goes private during delivery, the order can't be refunded.

Reels and video posts. At checkout you enter your username and pick the posts from your profile. Views apply to videos only, so a photo post can't take them. If a post is missing from the list, you can paste its link instead.

We do not claim any other difference between them, so compare the prices and sizes on the tier cards under the package selector before you choose.

Yes, on High Quality. Open Need a different amount? under the sizes and type the number you want. Custom amounts are sold in set ranges with gaps between them, so if your number isn't sold we show the nearest amounts you can order. The price uses the same per-view rate as the package that amount falls under. Exclusive comes in the listed sizes only.

Yes, and the number of posts follows from the amount: each post needs at least 100 views, so divide your amount by 100 to see how many it covers, up to 10 posts. The 500 package goes to at most 5 posts. If you pick more posts than that, the views go to the first ones you picked and the rest receive none.

At checkout you choose Deliver all at once or Spread over time. When the order goes to one post, a spread order is sent in equal daily portions over the days you pick. For an order split across several posts we do not promise an even daily spread.

A views order raises the view count only. Likes, comments and followers are separate services that you can add to the same cart. We make no promise about reach, the Explore page or Reels recommendations: Instagram does not publish how it weighs signals.

Counts can drop, and we do not promise a retention rate. Eligible packages carry a 2-year refill on request: if the view count drops within 2 years of a completed order, open the order tracking page with your order number and email and choose Request refill, or message our support team with your order number. Our team reviews each request before a refill is sent. The tier cards show which packages are eligible.

Our refund policy gives a full refund if delivery can't start within 24 hours of payment (the policy applies this one to standard packages), if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the account was private or the username wrong before delivery started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Crypto refunds are sent on-chain to a wallet address you give us.

You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card on Ziina's secure payment page, or with crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT through a Cryptomus invoice. Signed-in customers can also pay from their wallet balance.
