No. We need the public username or address of your Facebook Page or profile, the posts you pick, the comments you choose and an email for the receipt. Checkout has no password field, and we never ask for a Page role or Business Manager access. We never log in to your account, and no one from Likes.io will ever ask for your password.

At checkout you type the public username or address of your Page or profile, and its posts are listed in a grid for you to pick from. If a post is missing from the grid, you can paste its link instead. We cannot say whether a personal profile's posts will show in the grid, so with a profile you may need to paste the link. The post has to be public with its comment box open, because a comment can only be left where anyone can comment. Nothing on our side checks that for you, and if the lookup cannot find your Page you can carry on with the name as you typed it, so look over the name and the posts before you pay.

You choose them at checkout. You can write your own comments, or tick ready drafts by theme, such as fashion, fitness, travel or business. A draft can be ticked but not edited, and the drafts are general lines, so read each one before you tick it. An order saves up to 50 comments, each under 500 characters, so choose no more than that. If you choose fewer comments than you ordered, the rest are filled with short general comments in English, so an order of more than 50 comments always includes some of those. They are not written about your post, and some of them talk about a photo. If your cart holds a second comments row, only the first row's comments are sent with the order, so put a second batch in its own order. Nothing on our side can check afterwards what was posted or in which order, so we make no promise about either.

The ready drafts are offered in English, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French and German. The general comments that fill a shortfall are in English only. You can also type your own comments at checkout. This service is new, and we have not yet been able to check how emoji or non-Latin scripts appear once a comment is posted on Facebook, so we make no promise about that.

Yes. The package is split evenly across the posts you pick, and each post gets at least 5 comments. Divide your amount by 5 to see how many posts it can cover, up to 10, and pick no more than that: on the smaller sizes the cart lets you pick more posts than the order can serve, and the extra posts would receive no comments. When the amount does not divide evenly, the first post gets the remainder. This page sells the listed sizes only, and the cart takes each size only once, so for more comments choose a larger size rather than the same one twice.

We cannot tell you yet, and we do not promise a start time or a finish time. This service went on sale in September 2026, and the card on this page shows a finish time for a size only once enough recent orders of that size have completed. Until then it says so instead of showing a figure. What we do measure is the hand-off, the moment we pass a paid order on to delivery: in our September 2026 measurement across all our services, the median hand-off took under one second. This service was too new to be part of that figure, and we do not record when the first comment appears.

Comments are not permanent, and we do not promise that they stay. Once a comment is posted, we cannot remove it or change it. Eligible packages carry a 2-year refill on request: open the order tracking page with your order number and email and choose Request refill, or message our support team with your order number. Our team reviews each request before a refill is sent.

Our refund policy gives a full refund if delivery can't start within 24 hours of payment (the policy applies this one to standard packages), if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the account was private or incorrect and delivery has not started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. A fully delivered order, a wrong link once delivery has started and a change of mind once delivery has started are not refundable, and once an order has been sent to delivery we cannot cancel it. We make no such promise. A comments order is for comments under the posts you pick only. Bought comments are not a promise of reach, a position in the thread, followers or sales, and we do not claim they change what Facebook shows. Meta publishes its rules in its Community Standards. They are yours to read and weigh before you order, and we make no claim about what they say. Comments are a separate service from Page likes, followers and video views, each with its own page and prices, and you can add them to the same cart.
