Yes. We can only deliver to public accounts, so keep your account and the posts you pick public until the order completes. If the account was private or a link was wrong and delivery has not started, you can get a full refund. If the account goes private during delivery, the order can't be refunded.

You choose them at checkout. You can write your own comments, or tick ready drafts by theme, such as fashion, fitness, travel or business. The comments you choose are saved on that one order, up to 50 of them, and each should stay under 500 characters. If your cart holds a second comments row, only the first row's comments are sent with the order, so put a second batch in its own order. If you choose fewer comments than you ordered, the rest are filled with general comments in English, so an order of more than 50 comments always includes some of those.

The ready drafts are offered in English, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French and German. The general comments that fill a shortfall are in English only. You can also type your own comments at checkout.

Yes. At checkout you pick the posts from your own grid, or paste a post link if one is missing, and the package is split evenly across the posts you pick. On High Quality each post gets at least 5 comments, so divide your amount by 5 to see how many posts it can cover, up to 10, and pick no more than that, because extra posts would receive no comments. On Exclusive the minimum is 2 comments per post once you pick more than one.

Your order is handed to delivery within seconds of payment. In September 2026 the median hand-off took under one second. That is the moment we pass the order on: we do not record when the first comment appears, so we make no promise about it.

It depends on the tier and the amount, and larger amounts take longer. The tier cards on this page show how long recent orders took to finish, worked out from our own completed orders. A size with too few recent orders says so instead of showing a figure, and we do not promise a delivery time.

The tiers differ in price per comment and in the amounts you can order. High Quality is sold in packages that also take custom amounts, and Exclusive is priced per comment and sold in small amounts. Both tiers carry the 2-year refill on eligible packages, on request, reviewed by our team. We make no claim that one tier's comments are better than the other's. The cards under the package selector list each tier's prices, amounts, refill cover and how long recent orders took to finish.

Yes, inside set ranges. Open Need a different amount? under the sizes and type the number you want. The ranges have gaps between them, so if your number isn't sold we show the nearest amounts you can order. The price uses the same per-comment rate as the package that amount falls under.

Counts can drop, and we do not promise a retention rate. Eligible packages carry a 2-year refill on request: open the order tracking page with your order number and email and choose Request refill, or message our support team with your order number. Our team reviews each request before a refill is sent. The tier cards show which packages are eligible.

Our refund policy gives a full refund if delivery can't start within 24 hours of payment (the policy applies this one to standard packages), if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the account was private or the username wrong before delivery started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Crypto refunds are sent on-chain to a wallet address you give us.

You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card on Ziina's secure payment page, or with crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT through a Cryptomus invoice. Signed-in customers can also pay from their wallet balance.

We make no such promise. A comments order adds comments to the posts you pick and nothing else. Bought comments are not a promise of reach, followers or sales, and we do not claim they change what Instagram recommends.

Instagram's Community Guidelines ask people not to artificially collect likes, followers or shares. We do not claim that bought comments fall outside that. We never touch your account or ask for your login, but the choice to buy is yours, so weigh those guidelines before you order.
