Support at Likes.io works from the order itself: the order number, the email you paid with, and the public username or post link. Two things to know.
What we can do
We look up an order by its number and the checkout email, check its status with our supplier, and send a refill on eligible packages when you ask for one.
We apply our written refund policy, and we answer questions before you buy: which service fits your account, or a bigger or custom order.
What we never ask for
A password. Every order needs only a public username or a post link, so nobody from Likes.io will ask for your login: not in this form, not by email, not anywhere else.
If a message that claims to come from us asks for your login, do not answer it. Forward it to us through this form instead. We take Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto, and never ask you to pay any other way.
