This service went on sale that month and had no orders in that measurement. The hand-off is the moment we pass the order on: we do not record when the first comment appears, and once an order has been sent we cannot cancel it.

    If an order fails and can't be completed, our refund policy gives a full refund, and if we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered you may be eligible for a partial one. The packages on this page are eligible for a 2-year refill on request: you ask for it on the order tracking page or through support, and our team reviews each request before a refill is sent.

Do you need my SoundCloud password?

No. We need your SoundCloud username, the link of one public track and an email for the receipt, and checkout has no password field. Type the username as it appears in your profile address, soundcloud.com/your-name. We look it up to show you a preview, and if the lookup cannot find it you can carry on with the name as you typed it, so check it before you pay. No one from Likes.io will ever ask for your password.

Which track link should I paste?

The address of one public track, copied from soundcloud.com in a web browser, in the form soundcloud.com/your-name/track-name. The link field does not take mobile links (m.soundcloud.com) or short share links (on.soundcloud.com), which are what a phone often copies. The field also accepts an album or playlist link, but we cannot say how comments are delivered to one, so paste the link of a single track. The track has to be public with comments switched on, and nothing in checkout checks that for you.

Can I split a package across several tracks?

No. An order line takes the link of one track, and the whole amount goes to that track. For a second track, add a different size to your cart and give that row the other link, or place a separate order: the cart takes each size only once. This page sells the listed sizes only.

What will the comments say?

We cannot promise what each comment says. Any comment that is not supplied with the order is filled from a bank of short general lines in English. Those lines were written for pictures, not for music, and none of them is about your track, so some will read as if they were about a picture. Weigh that before you order. Our supplier reports an order's progress and counts, not the text, so we cannot check afterwards what appeared on your track.

Where on the track do the comments appear?

We cannot say. Checkout has no field for a point in the track, and the order we pass on carries the track link and the comment text only. Where each comment lands on the waveform is decided when our supplier delivers it, and it is not something we set or promise.

How long do the comments take to arrive?

We do not promise a start time or a finish time. The card on this page shows a finish time for a size only once enough recent orders of that size have completed, and until then it says so instead of showing a figure. What we do measure is the hand-off, the moment we pass a paid order on to delivery: in our September 2026 measurement across all our services, the median hand-off took under one second. We do not record when the first comment appears.

What happens if comments are removed after delivery?

We do not promise how long delivered comments stay. The packages on this page are eligible for a 2-year refill on request: ask for it on the order tracking page with your order number and checkout email, or message our support team. Our team reviews each request before a refill is sent.

When can I get a refund?

Our refund policy gives a full refund if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, or if a technical problem on our side stopped it. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. Once an order has been sent to delivery, we cannot cancel it. Will comments bring more plays or followers?

We make no such promise. A comments order is for comments on the one track you pick. Bought comments are not a promise of reach, plays, followers or income, and we do not claim they change what SoundCloud recommends. SoundCloud's terms and community guidelines are yours to read and weigh before you order, and we make no claim about what they say. Comments are a separate service from plays, likes, reposts and followers, each with its own page and prices, and you can add them to the same cart.
