Its help centre has no article on how the charts or New & Hot are built, and its own discovery page says those surfaces are driven by fan activity rather than algorithm hacks. SoundCloud reposts come from accounts with real listening, like and repost history, genre-consistent favourites, and a following graph that points at artists rather than farms — a meaningful share of the tier has its own uploads too. SoundCloud does not publish what it looks at when it removes fake accounts, so we will not claim to have reverse-engineered a test. The safety question
Straight answer: SoundCloud's rules prohibit this, more explicitly than most platforms do. Terms of Use condition (v) says you must not use services "automated or otherwise, designed to misrepresent the popularity of your Content" — the words "or otherwise" mean sourcing from real accounts is not a loophole — and condition (xviii) separately bans accounts created to commercialise their own plays, likes or follows. The Community Guidelines list paid external promotion under spammy behaviour, and SoundCloud's help centre tells artists plainly to avoid third-party services promising plays or fans.
The consequences SoundCloud publishes are account-level, not just cosmetic. Its Community Guidelines describe a warning-first ladder, with immediate termination reserved for accounts dedicated to the behaviour, and its guidance on access issues names purchased streams among the activity that triggers it. Its Trust and Safety team removes fake accounts, and the plays, likes, follows and reposts those accounts generated come off your counts with them. SoundCloud also runs published on-site limits that warn and then block accounts using follow, like or repost features too heavily in a 24-hour window.

SoundCloud describes a repost as the fastest way to post a song to your profile and share it with your friends and followers, so each one places the track in front of an audience that already exists and did not have to be selected for it — the Following feed is reverse chronological, not ranked. Two mechanics are worth knowing before you size an order. An account cannot repost its own track, so a repost necessarily comes from somebody else. And a feed shows only one post or repost of a given track, so a later repost displaces an earlier one rather than stacking on top of it.
Plays and likes are counters on the track; followers are a number on your profile. A repost is the only one of the four that moves the track somewhere new, into a feed you do not own. Buy plays when the visible counter is what a stranger will judge, likes when you want the approval attached to accounts someone can click into, followers when you want an audience your next upload reaches for free — and reposts when the problem is that nobody outside your own followers is seeing the track at all.
A repost is SoundCloud's native share: of the four counts Insights reports on a track — plays, likes, comments, reposts — it is the only one that redistributes the track rather than describing it. SoundCloud describes the action in two parts: pressing repost adds the track "to the top of your profile", and shares it "to the Feed of your followers" (Repost Tracks & Playlists). Insights calls them "shares that push your track to other listeners' Streams". Each repost buys two placements: a listing on that account's profile, and an entry in the Following feed of the people who follow it, shown in reverse-chronological order with whatever caption the reposter adds.
Two mechanics matter before you order. First, SoundCloud states plainly that "you cannot repost your own track or add reposts to your Spotlight" — every repost on your upload necessarily comes from another account, which is why the object exists. Second, SoundCloud de-duplicates its feed: "it's only possible to see one post or repost of a specific track in your Following Feed", and a newer repost moves to the top and erases an earlier post of the same track lower down (Your Feed and how it works). Reposts widen distribution across separate audiences; they do not stack inside one. You are buying the repost counter and the feed placements behind it, not a reach number: reach depends on who those accounts' followers are, and no seller can promise that.
SoundCloud publishes no weighting between plays, likes, reposts and comments, and no ranking multiplier for any of them. We are not going to invent one. It does publish which interactions its systems read.
Its Related tracks recommendations are "selected by an algorithm that returns recommendations through a network of relations and interactions on SoundCloud (for example a user liked a track, a user followed another user, a track is reposted etc.)" — reposting is named as an input, unranked, beside likes and follows (Related tracks). Its Popular tracks ranking updates daily and includes "engagement data from the past 90 days" only; SoundCloud renamed it from "Top tracks" "since overall play counts on tracks are not the only metric that feed into the underlying algorithm" (What is Top Tracks?).
Read the lift against that. The first-order effect of a repost order is distribution — profile listings, plus entries in the Following feeds of the accounts that repost you — and the visible counter a listener or curator reads before pressing play. Anything past that is unproven, and SoundCloud's position on its discovery surfaces is blunt: "Buzzing, New & Hot, and editorial playlists are driven by fan activity — not algorithm hacks". Its Amplify programme matches tracks to listeners using listening history, which SoundCloud says "naturally weeds out bots"; nothing in its published description of that programme names reposts as an input, and we are not going to imply a link SoundCloud has never stated.
Each order takes 100 to 1,000 reposts. That is the working range of the route we buy on, and we would rather publish it than pretend a 50,000-repost order is fillable; larger campaigns run as separate orders across days. A repost is worth exactly the audience behind the account that made it. At the bottom of the market the reposting accounts can have almost no followers of their own, and a repost from an account nobody follows moves a counter without distributing anything. And because SoundCloud shows only one post or repost of a given track per Following feed, piling more reposts into the same small audience does not stack — spreading them across separate accounts with separate followers is the whole product, and it is the expensive part of it.

What the refill cannot cover is SoundCloud's enforcement against your own account. Its Terms of Use and Community Guidelines prohibit services that boost reposts, and its help centre warns of "permanent suspension and loss of your account and content".
