It is part of this product's name, not a description of the listeners. Spotify Premium Plays is a separate product from our Spotify Plays: it is delivered through a different supply route and it costs more. We cannot see or verify the listener accounts behind either product, so we do not say who the listeners are, where they are or what kind of account they have, and we cannot confirm that any listener pays for Spotify. No. We never ask for a password, for Spotify for Artists access or for a distributor login, and checkout has no password field. All an order needs is your artist or profile link, the track link and your email address.

No. Spotify's User Guidelines prohibit artificially raising play counts, including for payment, and say a violation can lead to content being removed or an account being suspended. Spotify's help pages for artists add that paid services promising streams break its terms and can get music removed, that streams it confirms as artificial can have royalties withheld, and that it corrects public numbers to remove them. No seller controls what Spotify does with a track, and that includes us. Buying plays carries that risk whatever the product is called, and we have no ground to say this product lowers it. We never log in to your account, but the choice to buy is yours, so read those rules and weigh them before you order.

We do not sell them as either. A bought play count is a number on a track, so treat it as a promotion cost, not income. We do not sell plays as royalties, as playlist placement or as a way to change what Spotify recommends, and Spotify says it can withhold royalties for streams it confirms as artificial. That holds for this product exactly as it does for our Spotify Plays.

We promise no delivery time. When your payment clears, the order is handed to delivery automatically: in our September 2026 measurement across the whole site, the median hand-off took under one second and about 99% of orders were handed off within a minute. That is the moment we pass the order on, not the moment plays appear, which we do not record. The card on this page shows finish times only where we have measured them from our own completed orders, and a size without enough of them says so. We added this product in September 2026, and as of that month no size has a figure.

Counts can drop, and we promise no retention. Spotify says it corrects public play counts where it confirms artificial streaming, and no seller controls that. The packages on this page are eligible for a 2-year refill on request: you ask on the order tracking page or through support, and our team reviews each request before a refill is sent.

Our refund policy gives a full refund if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the link was wrong and delivery has not started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. It also lists delivery that can't start within 24 hours of payment, but it words that case for standard packages and does not say which packages those are, so ask support before you rely on it for this product. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. A fully delivered order, a drop caused by the platform, a wrong link once delivery has started and a change of mind once delivery has started are not refundable.
