Checkout asks for your artist or profile link first and then for the track link, and the order goes out with the track link. That field also takes an album or episode link, and we make no statement about how such an order turns out. We never ask for a password, Spotify for Artists access or a distributor login.

Spotify saves: questions and answers

Which link do I give you?

The public link of one track, copied from Spotify's Share menu. It looks like open.spotify.com/track/ followed by the track's code. Checkout asks for your artist or profile link first and then for the link the saves are ordered for, and the order goes out with that second link. The second field also accepts an album link or an episode link, and we make no statement about how an order for one turns out. Each order line takes one link.

Can you check that my link is the right one?

No. The link is used exactly as you typed it, and we cannot look the track up for you, so check it before you pay. Copy the full link from Spotify's Share menu: the checkout field refuses a playlist link, an artist link and a shortened spotify.link address, but it cannot tell whether a track link is the track you meant. Once an order has been sent it cannot be redirected to another link. Our refund policy covers a wrong link only while delivery has not started, and not after.

Do you need my Spotify password?

No. We never ask for a password, for Spotify for Artists access or for a distributor login, and checkout has no password field. All an order needs is your artist or profile link, the track link and your email address.

Does Spotify allow buying saves?

No. Spotify's User Guidelines prohibit artificially raising play or follow counts, artificially promoting content and other manipulation, including for payment, and say a violation can lead to content being removed or an account being suspended. Spotify's help pages for artists add that paid services promising streams or playlist placement break its terms and can get music removed. We do not claim that saves fall outside those rules: a paid save is paid promotion of a track. No seller controls what Spotify does with a track, and that includes us. We never log in to your account, but the choice to buy is yours, so read those rules and weigh them before you order.

What if the saves drop, and is there a refill?

Counts can drop, and we promise no retention. Nothing on our side counts saves again after an order completes, Spotify's rules say a violation can lead to content being removed, and no seller controls what Spotify does. The packages on this page are eligible for a 2-year refill on request: you ask on the order tracking page or through support, and our team reviews each refill request before a refill is sent.

When can I get a refund?

Our refund policy gives a full refund if delivery can't start within 24 hours of payment (the policy applies this one to standard packages), if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the link was wrong and delivery has not started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. A fully delivered order, a drop caused by the platform, a wrong link once delivery has started and a change of mind once delivery has started are not refundable. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Crypto refunds are sent on-chain to a wallet address you give us.

Can I order another amount, or saves for a second track?

This page sells the listed sizes only, so pick the tile with the amount you want. Each order line takes one link, and a cart holds a given size once, so for a second track choose a different size or place a second order. Plays, followers and monthly listeners are separate services with their own pages and prices, and they can share a cart with saves.
