We split an order only when you choose it. When the followers appear on your profile, either way, is something we have not measured for this service.

Counts can drop, and we promise no retention. Nothing re-counts your followers after an order completes. The packages on this page are eligible for a 2-year refill on request: once an order has completed, open the order tracking page with your order number and email and choose Request refill, or message our support team with your order number. Our team reviews each request before a refill is sent.

Our refund policy gives a full refund if delivery can't start within 24 hours of payment (the policy applies this one to standard packages), if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the account was private or the username wrong and delivery has not started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. A fully delivered order, an account made private during or after delivery, an account suspended by the platform, a drop caused by platform changes, and a wrong username or a change of mind once delivery has started are not refundable.
