Two refills, and they are not the same promise. Keep them apart, because it matters which one you are leaning on.
The panel refill: 30 days, and it is the supplier's. The wholesale route behind this service carries a 30-day refill of its own. It is our supplier's commitment to us, on their terms, and we draw on it first when a delivered count drops inside that window. We do not sell it as a feature of this tier, and it is not a SoundCloud guarantee.
Our refill: 2 years, and it is ours. Every order here also carries our own 730-day refill. If the count we delivered drops, we top it back up at no charge, as many times as it takes inside that window, including long after the supplier's 30 days have run out. It covers the count we delivered, not the total sitting on your profile, and not SoundCloud's decisions about your account. We fund it out of the margin on this page.
Refund. If delivery has not started inside the stated 0 to 12 hour window, or the profile URL turns out to be undeliverable, tell support and we refund in full to the original payment method. Once delivery has started, the refills cover you instead.
Support. One team, reachable through support, for the life of the two-year window rather than the life of the order. The same queue handles top-ups, orders split across the 2,000 ceiling, and any count that reads short.
Outside every guarantee, ours included: SoundCloud's own enforcement. Its Help Centre states that accounts detected faking popularity risk being permanently suspended from the platform, and it names purchased streams among activity that may be subject to immediate termination. Geo-targeting does not reduce that, no refill can restore a suspended account, and we will not tell you otherwise. If you monetise through SoundCloud for Artists, note that the Monetization Terms provide for revenue from plays caused in an automated manner being excluded and forfeited.
