SoundCloud reposts come from accounts with real listening, like and repost history, genre-consistent favourites, and a following graph that points at artists rather than farms — a meaningful share of the tier has its own uploads too. SoundCloud does not publish what it looks at when it removes fake accounts, so we will not claim to have reverse-engineered a test. We source accounts that behave like listeners because that is the defensible thing to do, not because it guarantees an outcome.1
SoundCloud states that its Trust and Safety team removes fake accounts, and that the activity those accounts generated comes off your track with them. The safety question
Straight answer: SoundCloud's rules prohibit this, more explicitly than most platforms do. Terms of Use condition (v) says you must not use services "automated or otherwise, designed to misrepresent the popularity of your Content" — the words "or otherwise" mean sourcing from real accounts is not a loophole — and condition (xviii) separately bans accounts created to commercialise their own plays, likes or follows. The Community Guidelines list paid external promotion under spammy behaviour, and SoundCloud's help centre tells artists plainly to avoid third-party services promising plays or fans.
The consequences SoundCloud publishes are account-level, not just cosmetic. Its Community Guidelines describe a warning-first ladder, with immediate termination reserved for accounts dedicated to the behaviour, and its guidance on access issues names purchased streams among the activity that triggers it. Its Trust and Safety team removes fake accounts, and the plays, likes, follows and reposts those accounts generated come off your counts with them. SoundCloud also runs published on-site limits that warn and then block accounts using follow, like or repost features too heavily in a 24-hour window.

SoundCloud describes a repost as the fastest way to post a song to your profile and share it with your friends and followers, so each one places the track in front of an audience that already exists and did not have to be selected for it — the Following feed is reverse chronological, not ranked. Two mechanics are worth knowing before you size an order. An account cannot repost its own track, so a repost necessarily comes from somebody else. And a feed shows only one post or repost of a given track, so a later repost displaces an earlier one rather than stacking on top of it.
Plays and likes are counters on the track; followers are a number on your profile. A repost is the only one of the four that moves the track somewhere new, into a feed you do not own. Buy plays when the visible counter is what a stranger will judge, likes when you want the approval attached to accounts someone can click into, followers when you want an audience your next upload reaches for free — and reposts when the problem is that nobody outside your own followers is seeing the track at all.
Reposts are the one counter on a SoundCloud track that moves the track somewhere rather than describing it, and that is exactly why geography does something on this page and nothing on a plays page. SoundCloud sets the action out in two parts: pressing repost adds the track "to the top of your profile" and shares it "to the Feed of your followers" (Repost Tracks & Playlists). Each repost is two placements at once: a listing on the reposting account's profile, and an entry in the Following feed of every account that follows it.
A play or a like is a number attached to your track. A repost is a delivery into somebody else's feed, so where the reposting account sits decides whose feed your track turns up in. This tier buys reposts from US-based accounts, which tilts that feed set towards the US instead of spreading it globally. Tilts, not guarantees: what the route targets is where the reposting account is based, and nobody, ourselves included, can produce the follower list sitting behind it. If the geography of the feed is irrelevant to your release, our global SoundCloud reposts tier does the same mechanical job at $2.49 per 100.
Two SoundCloud mechanics to know before you order. You cannot repost your own track, which is why every repost on your upload comes from another account. And the Following feed de-duplicates: "it's only possible to see one post or repost of a specific track in your Following Feed", with a newer repost moving to the top and displacing the earlier one (Your Feed and how it works). That feed is reverse chronological, not ranked. So reposts widen distribution across separate audiences; they do not stack inside one, and 2,000 reposts poured into a single overlapping audience is mostly wasted volume.
What you are buying is the repost counter and the feed placements behind it, in a US-weighted set of feeds. What you are not buying is a reach figure, a plays figure or a listener guarantee. Whether anyone in those feeds presses play is theirs to decide, and neither we nor the supplier can promise it.
Honest answer first: none that SoundCloud has ever published a number for, and the US targeting adds nothing to that answer. SoundCloud publishes no weighting between plays, likes, reposts and comments, no ranking multiplier, and no listener-location factor anywhere on its properties. Any page telling you an American listener counts for more on SoundCloud invented it.
What SoundCloud does publish names inputs without ranking them. Related tracks are "selected by an algorithm that returns recommendations through a network of relations and interactions on SoundCloud (for example a user liked a track, a user followed another user, a track is reposted etc.)" — reposting is named, unweighted, beside likes and follows (Related tracks). Its Popular tracks ranking includes "engagement data from the past 90 days" only (What is Top Tracks?), so engagement ages out of that ranking rather than accruing. On its discovery surfaces the position is blunt: "Buzzing, New & Hot, and editorial playlists are driven by fan activity — not algorithm hacks" (SoundCloud on discovery).
So the lift here is first-order, and it is distribution rather than ranking: profile listings on the accounts that repost you, entries in the Following feeds behind them, and a public counter that a curator, a promoter or an A&R can see. The honest reason to pay the US premium is audience coherence, not machine advantage. If your gigs, your scene, your sync targets or the label you are pitching are American, a US-weighted set of feeds is the audience you would have chosen anyway; if they are not, you are paying for a filter that does nothing for you.
Two things this does not lift, said plainly because the category implies both. It does not earn royalties: a repost is not a play, and SoundCloud's Monetization Terms provide for revenue from plays caused in an automated manner being forfeited. And it does not buy playlist placement. SoundCloud's own position is that placement on its playlists cannot be bought and that any service claiming otherwise should be treated with extreme caution.
Geo, precisely. This is a US-targeted repost route, and what is targeted is where the reposting accounts are based. We do not audit those accounts, so we do not claim to have verified anyone's location ourselves, and we do not claim their followers are all American: a US-based account tends to gather a US-leaning following, which is a lean, not a filter. There is no city, state, language or genre targeting available here. US targeting also confers no ranking, royalty or safety advantage — SoundCloud's rules read the same for a repost from Ohio as for one from anywhere else.
A public link, never a login. The order takes the public soundcloud.com URL of the track you want reposted, and nothing else. There is no password step at any point. Delivery follows the URL on the order, so check it before you pay. We buy this as a track-link route; if you want an album or playlist reposted, ask support first rather than assuming it works.
Volumes. The route accepts 10 to 2,000 reposts per order, and our packages run 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,000. Anything larger runs as separate orders across days, because 2,000 is the ceiling this route will fill.
Pacing. Delivery starts inside 0 to 12 hours of the order reaching the route, and reposts are spread across separate accounts and across hours rather than dumped at once. That is a direct response to SoundCloud's Feature Use Policies, which state that its "anti-spam systems are automated and focus on detecting accounts that are performing the same activity in large numbers within a 24-hour period" and name "liking or reposting a lot of tracks in one day" as a trigger. Those limits apply to the accounts doing the reposting rather than to your track, and pacing is a delivery decision, not a safety guarantee: the exposure on your side is SoundCloud's rules on bought engagement, set out below and in our platform-risk disclosure.
Vetting. Beyond the route's US targeting, no account-level detail reaches us, which is why there is no real-account badge anywhere on this page. Where we do make that claim, on other products, we publish what we mean by it.
The rule you are working against. Condition (v) of SoundCloud's Terms of Use states: "You must not employ any techniques or make use of any services, automated or otherwise, designed to misrepresent the popularity of your Content." The words "or otherwise" are the point: real US accounts are not a loophole. Condition (xviii) separately bans accounts created to commercialise plays, likes or follows, and the Community Guidelines name reposts under spammy behavior and self-promotion.
Start with the arithmetic, because this tier is priced per 100 while the category quotes per 1,000. $4.99 for 100 works out at about $49.90 per 1,000; the 1,000 package at $37.99 is $37.99 per 1,000; the 2,000 package at $69.99 works out at about $35 per 1,000. Three things sit inside that gap. First, the wholesale rate on the US-targeted route is more than twice the global route's before we mark anything up: geo targeting is something we buy, not something we invent at the checkout. Second, this route carries a 30-day refill at the supplier where the global route carries none, and a wholesale rate that includes a replacement obligation is higher than one that does not. Third, a repost is worth exactly the audience behind the account that made it, and at the bottom of the market that audience is nobody: a repost from an account no one follows moves a counter and distributes nothing. Because SoundCloud shows only one post or repost of a given track per Following feed, buying more of those does not stack either.
The rest of the price funds work you can check. An order validated against the link you actually gave us. One thing no price buys, at any tier and from anyone: permanence. SoundCloud's Trust & Safety team removes spam accounts, and when it does, "any likes, reposts, or comments they've previously made will also be removed" (Follower count suddenly dropping). Our own 2-year refill. Independently of that, every order here carries the site-wide 730-day window, funded out of our margin. If the reposts we delivered fall away inside those two years, we top the order back up at no charge. The trigger is measured against the count we delivered on your order, not against your track's total, and reconciliation compares the two automatically — so day 31 through day 730, long after the supplier's month has expired, is covered by us without you opening a ticket.
Refund. Delivery on this route starts inside 0 to 12 hours. If nothing has started inside the window stated on your order, tell support and we refund in full to the original payment method. Once delivery is under way, the refills replace the refund.
Support. One team, reachable through support, for the life of the refill window rather than the life of the order.
What neither refill covers. Permanence is not on offer from anyone: a reposting account can press repost again and undo it, and SoundCloud removes spam accounts along with "any likes, reposts, or comments they've previously made". Both read as a count drop, and both are what a refill is for. Nor does either refill touch SoundCloud's enforcement against your own account. Its help centre states that if you are detected "faking" your popularity you "risk being permanently suspended from the platform" (Fake activity on your tracks), and it names purchased streams among activity that may be subject to immediate termination. Buying from US accounts does not soften a word of that. If you monetise the track, do not buy on it: the Monetization Terms provide for forfeiting revenue from plays caused in an automated manner.
