TikTok comments: questions and answers

What we need from you, who writes the comments, how a package is split across your videos, and what the refill and the refund policy cover. If your question is not here, message us through the support page.

Do you need my TikTok password?

No. We only need your public username, the videos you pick and the comments you choose, and checkout has no password field. We never log in to your account, and no one from Likes.io will ever ask for your password.

Does my account need to be public?

Yes. We can only deliver to public accounts, so keep your account and the videos you pick public until the order completes. If the account was private or a link was wrong and delivery has not started, you can get a full refund. If the account goes private during delivery, the order can't be refunded.

Who writes the comments?

You choose them at checkout. You can write your own comments, or tick ready drafts by theme, such as fashion, fitness, travel or business. The comments you choose are saved on that one order, up to 50 of them, and each should stay under 500 characters. If your cart holds a second comments row, only the first row's comments are sent with the order, so put a second batch in its own order. If you choose fewer comments than you ordered, the rest are filled with general comments in English, so an order of more than 50 comments always includes some of those.

Which languages can the comments be in?

The ready drafts are offered in English, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, French and German. The general comments that fill a shortfall are in English only. You can also type your own comments at checkout.

Can I split comments across several videos?

Yes. At checkout you pick the videos from your own profile, or paste a link to a video or a photo post if one is missing, and the package is split evenly across the videos you pick. Each video gets at least 5 comments, so divide your amount by 5 to see how many videos it can cover, up to 10, and pick no more than that, because extra videos would receive no comments.

How soon does my order start?

Your order is handed to delivery within seconds of payment. In September 2026 the median hand-off took under one second. That is the moment we pass the order on: we do not record when the first comment appears, so we make no promise about it.

How long do the comments take to arrive?

It depends on the amount, and larger amounts take longer. The card on this page shows how long recent orders took to finish, worked out from our own completed orders. A size with too few recent orders says so instead of showing a figure, and we do not promise a delivery time.

Can I order an amount that isn't listed?

No. This page sells the listed sizes only, so pick the tile with the amount you want. The cart holds a given size once per username, so to send more comments to one account, choose a larger size rather than the same one twice.

What happens if comments drop after delivery?

Counts can drop, and we do not promise a retention rate. Packages on this page are eligible for a 2-year refill on request: open the order tracking page with your order number and email and choose Request refill, or message our support team with your order number. Our team reviews each request before a refill is sent.

When can I get a refund?

Our refund policy gives a full refund if delivery can't start within 24 hours of payment (the policy applies this one to standard packages), if the order fails and can't be completed after retries, if the account was private or the username wrong before delivery started, or if a technical problem on our side stopped the order. If we deliver less than 80% of what you ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered part. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Crypto refunds are sent on-chain to a wallet address you give us.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card on Ziina's secure payment page, or with crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT through a Cryptomus invoice. Signed-in customers can also pay from their wallet balance.

Should I buy comments, likes or views?

They count different things. Comments add replies under the videos you pick, likes raise the like count and views raise the view count. Each is its own service with its own prices, and you can add more than one to the same cart and pick the videos for each at checkout.

Will comments bring more views or followers?

We make no such promise. A comments order adds comments to the videos you pick and nothing else. Bought comments are not a promise of reach, followers or sales, and we do not claim they change what TikTok recommends.

Does TikTok allow buying comments?

TikTok's Community Guidelines do not allow buying or selling followers or engagement, and TikTok says it removes fake followers and likes it finds. We do not claim that bought comments fall outside that. We never touch your account or ask for your login, but the choice to buy is yours, so weigh those rules before you order.
